Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC)

Location: Oakland, CA

Position: Full-Time
Salary: $110,000–$125,000 annually, plus health insurance and full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

About the Position

This role focuses on providing consistent, evidence-informed therapy services in a clinic setting. You’ll work with clients over time, supporting progress through regular sessions and coordinated care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outpatient therapy sessions
• Complete intakes, treatment plans, and progress notes
• Track client outcomes and treatment goals
• Collaborate with clinic staff and referral partners
• Follow clinic and state compliance standards

• Active California license (LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW)
• Master’s degree in a mental health-related field
• Experience in outpatient or clinic-based therapy
• Strong clinical judgment and time management
