About the Role

The Server Assistant is responsible for supporting the beverage staff in providing prompt and courteous service to guests.

Position Responsibilities

Work as a team with bottle server assigned to same area. Must bus tables and run drinks/cocktails while being able to maintain a clean and stocked workstation throughout your shift.
Maintain effective communication with servers and respond to their request for support.
Must be able to announce the drink as they are delivering it to a guest, remember and utilize seat numbers, be able to identify and describe the drink, and take the time to make sure the guest is content before leaving the table.

Essential Functions

Exposure to casino related environmental factors including but not limited to secondhand smoke, excessive noise and hectic environments.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
Must be able to stand, sit, bend and twist for an entire shift and be able to move throughout the casino/hotel areas
Must be able to lift/push/pull up to 50 pounds
Must be able to work holidays, weekends and flexible shift hours

Ability to effectively communicate in English (Read, Write, Speak & Understand).
1-year restaurant experience preferred but will train the right person without experience.
