ob Summary:
Lead all contract management activities for large-scale Oil & Gas projects. Ensure contractual compliance, mitigate commercial risks, and protect company interests. Work closely with project, procurement, legal, and commercial teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Manage contract administration, including change orders, variations, claims, and amendments.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, project requirements, and relevant laws/regulations.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate contractual and commercial risks.
- Advise project teams on contract interpretation, obligations, and dispute resolution.
- Maintain accurate contract records and documentation.
- Collaborate with legal, procurement, and project management teams to ensure alignment.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Law, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 15+ years of experience in contracts management for Oil & Gas or EPC projects.
- Strong knowledge of standard contract forms (FIDIC, NEC, EPC, PSA) and commercial law.
- Proven expertise in claims management, change orders, and dispute resolution.
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and contract management systems.
