We are seeking a highly skilled Aftermarket Service Engineer to support our core operational mandate of ensuring equipment uptime, customer continuity, and post-sale value delivery.

This is more than a field service role. It is a commercially influential position that blends technical expertise with customer partnership and revenue impact.

What You Will Be Doing

You will act as both a technical expert and a commercial contributor.

Technical Leadership

  • Perform commissioning, maintenance, fault-finding, and equipment optimisation
  • Deliver advanced troubleshooting and diagnostics in demanding industrial environments
  • Maximise equipment uptime and operational performance
  • Produce high-quality technical documentation and compliance reporting
  • Ensure all work meets safety and regulatory standards

Commercial & Aftermarket Growth

  • Identify spare parts and upgrade opportunities
  • Support quotation preparation and service proposals
  • Partner with Sales to strengthen aftermarket revenue streams
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, reinforcing Eriez’s long-term value proposition
  • Contribute to strategic service growth initiatives in WA
