The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a driven recruiter, ideally from an agency background to make the transition into an internal talent acquisition function and have real ownership of hiring across the business. You'll be the go-to person for all things
recruitment at EngageTech, partnering closely with hiring managers to build high- performing teams across our global offices.
Given the nature of our business, you'll have a particular focus on identifying and attracting top-tier sales talent-SDRs, BDMs, Account Executives, and sales leaders across multiple regions. This role comes with genuine variety, a global remit, and the
opportunity to travel to our international offices.


What You'll Do
• Own the full recruitment lifecycle from briefing and sourcing through to offer and
onboarding, across all departments globally
• Act as a trusted talent partner to hiring managers, providing market insight,
candidate pipeline updates, and a consultative approach to hiring
• Lead on the recruitment of high-calibre sales professionals, drawing on a strong
understanding of what makes a great SDR, BDR, or Account Executive
• Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines across key hiring markets, reducing
time-to-hire and reliance on external agencies
• Manage and optimise job advertising across relevant platforms (LinkedIn, job
boards, referrals, etc.)
• Develop and champion EngageTech's employer brand to attract top talent
globally
• Coordinate and support international hiring across regions including EMEA,
APAC, and North America
• Track recruitment metrics and report regularly on hiring activity, pipeline health,

Essential:

  • Proven background in a recruitment agency environment - you know how to move quickly, manage multiple roles simultaneously, and deliver results
  • Experience recruiting sales professionals (SDRs, BDRs, AEs, or similar commercial roles) is highly advantageous
  • Global recruitment experience, with the ability to hire effectively across multiplregions and time zones
  • Strong sourcing skills-you're comfortable going direct and building talent pipelines, not just reacting to inbound applications
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; you can influence, advise, and push back where needed
  • A self-starter mentality-you're comfortable operating with autonomy in a fast-paced, scaling business
  • Organised, data-driven, and process-oriented with an eye for continuous improvement

Desirable:

  • Experience in a tech, SaaS, or sales-led business
  • Familiarity with Workable ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Knowledge of employment legislation across multiple regions
