While you will enjoy a role with processes optimized for hybrid or remote work, we deeply value in-person connection. We bring our teams together at least twice a year to collaborate, innovate, and build relationships. You should be able to travel for these company gatherings, which may also include the final stages of the interview process. If you are based in Estonia, we highly prefer if you would work from the office more often than not.
