Role Overview You are Flowith’s "super-node" and cultural evangelist in the Bay Area. You will break the boundaries of the digital world, bringing Flowith's innovative concept of "human-AI collaboration" into real-world hackathons, coffee shops, and creator meetups. Through creative offline events and vibrant online interactions, you will build a powerhouse community of geeks and creators who are genuinely passionate about cutting-edge tech.
Key Responsibilities
- Host Bay Area Events: Own the end-to-end planning and execution of offline meetups, hackathons, and workshops in SF and the Bay Area to significantly boost Flowith's local brand presence.
- Nurture Brand Advocates: Build and manage the local Flowith Ambassador Program, identifying, empowering, and sponsoring power users and influencers within the community.
- Online Community Engagement: Collaborate with the global team to foster a vibrant Discord community by initiating fun discussions, use-case challenges, and interactive online events.
- Local Partnerships: Establish and maintain long-term partnerships with Bay Area university clubs, tech communities, incubators, and creator spaces.
- Voice of the User: Act as the direct bridge between our users and the product team. Gather authentic feedback, stories, and pain points during your events to help us optimize the product experience continuously.
- You are a natural connector with rich local resources and event-organizing experience in SF with unparalleled passion for bringing people together.
- Based in San Francisco/Bay Area: Deeply familiar with the local tech, AI, or creator ecosystem, with proven hands-on experience in organizing offline events and venue coordination.
- Language Skills: Native or highly fluent English speaker. Speaking a second language (Mandarin, Spanish, French, etc.) is a strong plus.
- Born Socializer: Highly extroverted, empathetic, and equipped with excellent public speaking skills. You thrive in networking environments and can easily mingle and break the ice in a room full of strangers.
- Community Experience: Experience in community management for tech brands, SaaS, creator economy, or AI startups is preferred.
- AI Enthusiast: A heavy user of AI tools. You can effortlessly chat with beginners about product basics and dive deep into Prompt Engineering with hardcore developers.
