We are looking for a Data Assistant to join our Equity Operations team. In this role, you will provide day-to-day support for the administration of our global equity programs. This is an excellent opportunity to learn about equity compensation in a dynamic environment while building strong operational, analytical, and communication skills, becoming part of the team responsible for our HR Operations structure and strategy.
- Support daily equity operations processes, including RSU releases, stock option exercises, employee terminations, and monthly reconciliations.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across equity platforms (e.g., E*Trade, Carta), HRIS (e.g., HiBob), and internal dashboards.
- Analyze and reconcile data to identify inconsistencies, supporting the team in maintaining high-quality information and reporting.
- Assist employees and internal stakeholders (Payroll, Finance, Legal) by responding to basic equity-related questions.
- Partner with external vendors (brokers, equity administrators) to support routine tasks and issue resolution.
- Help prepare and update operational documentation such as FAQs, SOPs, and checklists.
- Provide administrative support for quarterly equity grant cycles, including tracking timelines and deliverables.
- Assist with the preparation of reports and materials for audits and compliance reviews.
- Contribute to team projects related to equity reporting, data analysis, process improvements, and automation.
WHO YOU ARE
- Someone with a Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in learning about equity compensation (stock options, RSUs, etc.).
- Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to work with large datasets, identify patterns, and generate insights.
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, IF statements, complex formulas, data cleaning and analysis).
- Knowledge of Power BI or similar data visualization tools is a strong plus.
- High attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes with discipline.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English; Spanish is a plus.
- Previous experience with HR/payroll systems or equity platforms (E*Trade, Carta, HiBob) is a nice to have, but not required.
