United Dental Corporation is growing across the Phoenix and Scottsdale area and is seeking experienced Office Managers to lead operations within our dental offices.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Oversee daily operations of the dental office
• Lead, coach, and support front and back office teams
• Manage scheduling, patient flow, and office efficiency
• Monitor KPIs, production goals, and performance metrics
• Support insurance, billing, and collections processes
• Ensure a strong patient experience and team culture
• Partner with leadership to drive practice growth

• Prior dental office management experience required
• Strong understanding of dental front office operations, scheduling, insurance, and billing
• Proven ability to manage performance metrics and drive results
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Comfortable working in a structured, goal-driven environment
