Parallel Employment is seeking a dependable Cast Room Operator to join our team on 2nd shift! Cast Room Operators are like the heartbeat of the operation! 

Shift: 2nd Shift, 2: 45pm -11:15pm

Wage: $21.98 per hour as a trainee, $24.05 trained

You will fill warm metal molds with liquid polyurethane and once it cures, release the product from it’s mold.  It is one our most physical jobs, but you really can feel pride in seeing your job well done.

Temp-to-hire positions available with competitive pay rates.

• Previous experience operating machinery in a manufacturing setting preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
