CASETiFY is looking for a Brand Representative who will hit the ground running, thrive in a fast paced environment to join our team. He/she will be representing our brand in the front line, and responsible for delivering the best in-store experience for customers of our stores - Central / Shatin / Tung Chung.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in identifying their needs and recommend appropriate products or services
  • Provide product demonstrations and explanations to customers
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current sales, promotions, policies, and product information
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system
  • Assist with inventory management tasks like unpacking deliveries and checking inventory levels
  • Achieve individual sales targets and collaborate with the team to meet store sales goals 
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the sales floor and stockroom
  • Maintain a professional and polished appearance that aligns with the brand's image

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent 
  • Minimum 1 year experience in retail industry 
  • Proficient in verbal communication English, Cantonese, and Mandarin 
  • Ability to work in shift duty
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills
  • Strong customer service orientation, with the ability to actively listen to customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Ability to work well in a team environment, cooperating and collaborating with colleagues

  • 協助顧客識別其需求,並推薦適當的產品或服務
  • 向顧客提供產品演示並介紹產品特點
  • 清楚了解公司最新的銷售 、推廣、政策和產品信息 使用銷售點(POS)系統準確且高效地處理顧客交易
  • 確保商店的視覺陳列吸引人,產品整齊有序並達至公司要求 協助處理庫存及倉務工作,如拆貨物和檢查庫存數量
  • 及時且專業地處理顧客詢問、投訴和退貨
  • 達到個人銷售目標,並與團隊合作達成共同銷售目標
  • 維持乾淨和有序的工作區域,包括銷售區和儲藏室
  • 根據需要參加商店會議、培訓和研討會
  • 遵守公司政策和程序,包括損失預防和安全措施
  • 尋找機會提升銷售技巧和客戶服務的能力
  • 維持專業且整潔的形象,與品牌形象保持一致 

資歷:

  • 高中畢業或同等學歷
  • 具備至少1年零售行業經驗
  • 精通英語、廣東話和普通話的口頭溝通能力
  • 能夠適應輪班工作
  • 熟悉銷售點(POS)系統和基本電腦技能
  • 擁有提供良好顧客服務的態度,能夠聆聽客人需要並提供合適的解決方案
  • 能夠在團隊環境中與同事良好地工作和合作
  • 主動積極,對工作充滿熱情,具備有效與各級別溝通的能力 
  • 具備良好的人際交往和溝通技巧
  • 能夠在快節奏的工作環境中同時處理並按時完成多項工作
  • 提供良好的顧客服務和擁有解決問題的能力
