Parallel Employment is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Kitting Specialist to join our warehouse team. The Kitting Specialist will be responsible for assembling product components into kits as per order specifications, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of kit assembly.

The role involves accurately picking components, packaging kits, labeling, and preparing them for shipment. This position requires attention to detail, good organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick and assemble components to create kits according to order requirements.
• Package and label kits appropriately for shipment.
• Ensure quality control by verifying contents of kits before shipping.
• Maintain organized workstations and comply with safety standards.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking components.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in kitting, assembly, or warehouse operations preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Basic math skills and ability to use barcode scanners or related technology.
• Utilized BOMs and work orders to support efficient production and order fulfillment
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
