About This Role
Lincoln Avenue Communities (LAC) is seeking an Asset Management Analyst to join our experienced team of real estate professionals overseeing a diverse national portfolio of affordable multifamily housing properties. With a strong pipeline of acquisitions and an ambitious growth strategy, LAC offers the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to a dynamic and expanding organization.
The Asset Management Analyst will apply strong analytical skills to support routine asset management activities, perform portfolio analysis, and help ensure the long-term performance and health of LAC’s growing portfolio. This role provides critical operational support to regional asset management teams, as well as to Finance and Development, and offers broad exposure across the organization.
This is an outstanding opportunity for an junior professional in commercial real estate, finance, or accounting who is eager to build expertise in the affordable housing and multifamily industry while gaining exposure to an experienced leadership team.
This is a hybrid role based in Santa Monica, with an in-office schedule of three days per week, and it reports to a Director.
Please note that we require candidates to have at least 1–2 years of post-graduate experience; therefore, we are unable to consider recent winter graduates or students graduating this spring.

The expected base salary for the role is up to $85,000 - $90,000. This represents the current range and is subject to change. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity.
