Overview:

We seek an experienced Global IT Manager to lead and scale IT operations across our global offices. You'll oversee IT infrastructure, service delivery, SaaS environments, security, and key IT projects to support rapid growth. This hands-on role requires cross-functional collaboration to ensure a secure, efficient, and scalable IT ecosystem.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Leadership & Operations

• Lead, mentor, and scale the global IT team.
• Oversee IT governance, service delivery, and incident resolution.
• Automate workflows and improve operational efficiency.

Infrastructure & Security

• Manage network administration, endpoint security, backups, and disaster recovery.
• Ensure compliance with security policies, access management, and identity governance.

SaaS & Tool Management

• Oversee enterprise tools (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom).
• Optimize SaaS security, user provisioning, and collaboration tools.

Documentation & Collaboration

• Maintain IT knowledge base and performance metrics.
• Partner with security, engineering, and business teams to drive IT initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ years in IT management in global, high-growth environments.
• Expertise in SaaS IT infrastructures, security practices, and ITIL frameworks.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Preferred: IT certifications (ITIL, CISSP, CISM).

• Preferred Expertise:

  • IT operations in cross-platform environments (MacOS, Windows, Linux).
  • ITSM tools (Jira, Zendesk), MDM solutions (Intune, Jamf), and identity platforms (Okta, Azure AD).
  • Network management (Cisco Meraki, Fortinet) and SaaS optimization (BetterCloud, Torii).
  • AI-driven IT automation and security compliance (SOC2, ISO27001).
