We’re hiring a People Experience Manager to help lead a culture transformation at a critical inflection point in our growth. With a fully remote, global workforce and a new HQ in San Francisco, we’re evolving from a startup culture to a more market-facing, performance-driven organization — and this role will be at the center of that shift.
You’ll work closely with the ELT, People Team, and business leaders to scale existing programs, design new ones, and build repeatable, values-driven experiences that reinforce clarity, speed, and impact. You'll be based out of our SF office and will help bridge the in-person energy with our remote-first culture — acting as both a cultural operator and strategic program lead.
This role is ideal for someone who’s dynamic, systems-oriented, and deeply passionate about employee experience as a lever for business performance.
Don’t meet every single requirement? Studies have shown that women and people of color are less likely to apply to jobs unless they meet every single qualification. Turing is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, marital status, disability, protected veteran status, or any other legally protected characteristics. At Turing we are dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive and authentic workplace and celebrate authenticity, so if you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with every qualification in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.
