As a T&E Manager, you will manage our global travel and expense operations and drive compliance, simplicity and employee experience across our global T&E program. You will focus on upholding policy standards and ensuring accurate and timely reporting of company travel spend.

What you’ll do: 

• Lead and mentor a team of two analysts, managing the end-to-end expense review and accounting process
• Oversee T&E policy management, spend controls, and budget administration within Brex
• Provide support and customer service to employees on expense and travel-related inquiries
• Administer and maintain T&E system (Brex), managing user access and technical configurations

What you’ll need:

• 5+ years of experience managing corporate T&E programs
• Strong working knowledge of Brex 
• Familiarity with travel booking tools and corporate card platforms
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage high transaction volumes
• Strong communication skills and comfort operating cross-functionally
• Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable policy recommendations
• Demonstrates the ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

The estimated gross hourly rate for this contract role is $50.00 - $60.00 per hour in New York, California, Washington, Colorado, and Rhode Island. Actual compensation may vary and is dependent on various factors, including a candidate’s work location, qualifications, experience, and competencies. 

**This is a 5 month contract role ideally located in the Eastern Time zone (EST)**
