We’re hiring a Sales Associate to work directly alongside our founders and leadership team in Australia, ensuring every commercial conversation turns into structured, high-quality execution.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role that sits at the centre of our revenue engine. You’ll own the preparation, systems, follow-through, and operational detail behind how we source and grow partnerships, working across both advertiser and publisher conversations.
You’ll be in the room, but not leading the sales process. Your job is to ensure clarity, momentum, and execution at every step. You’ll report to the Chief of Staff and work closely with the founding team day-to-day.
What you’ll do
Turn conversations into execution: Sit alongside founders in commercial conversations, capture what matters, and ensure every discussion translates into clear next steps, actions, and outcomes.
Own commercial preparation: Build high-quality decks, shape narratives, and prepare materials that set meetings up for success - with clarity on objectives, positioning, and what “good” looks like.
Drive follow-through and momentum: Own all post-meeting execution - follow-ups, email communication, and CRM updates - ensuring speed, clarity, and nothing drops.
Build and run the GTM system layer: Manage and continuously improve HubSpot, outreach sequences, and automation workflows. Identify opportunities to remove manual work, streamline processes, and increase leverage across the commercial function.
Support outbound and pipeline development: Run structured outreach, open doors, and ensure consistent, high-quality top-of-funnel activity to support the founders’ selling efforts.
Stay close to live activity: Monitor campaign performance and early results, contribute to optimisation thinking, and support reporting and insight generation where needed.
Keep things tight as we scale: Maintain accurate, trusted data across systems, surface patterns early, and improve how we operate commercially as the business grows.
