JOB SUMMARY
GOLFTEC is looking for an organized, efficient, eager-to-learn legal clerk to join our team. The legal clerk will assist GOLFTEC’s legal team with various legal matters, including commercial contracting, real estate, legal operations, franchising, IP, governance, risk, and compliance, and product legal matters. In addition, this role will provide support at the intersection of legal and Human Resources, assisting with labor and employment, and cross-functional projects involving people operations. This opportunity will expose the ideal candidate to all aspects of operating a full-service, in-house legal department while partnering closely with internal stakeholders across the business. You will report directly to the General Counsel.
