Job Summary: As a Portfolio Implementation Associate on the US Portfolio Management team you will support the daily management and implementation of the 21Shares US Crypto ETF suite. This includes monitoring portfolios, coordinating creations/redemptions, executing trades, coordinating settlements with custodians and fund administrators, and ensuring NAV and fund deliverable accuracy. In parallel, you will contribute to the research and development of new ETF strategies through backtesting, quantitative analysis, and model evaluation.This role requires the ability to translate complex investment concepts into clear, actionable insights for internal teams and external stakeholders, and to support product launches with expertise in ETF structure, performance drivers, liquidity, and trading mechanics. This position sits at the intersection of operations, quantitative research, and product implementation, helping ensure that all strategies are executed accurately and aligned with their mandates. Understanding the intricacies of ETF structures is crucial to supporting financial product development and being the go-to team for questions related to performance, trading, liquidity, and fund structure.

This role is based in New York City and will be expected to work from our New York office in a hybrid model Monday - Wednesday.

Pursuant to Section 8-102 of title 8 of the New York City administrative code, the base salary range for this role is $120,000 - $133,000. Total compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.
