At Soligent, the leading pure-play solar distributor in the US, we're seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Partner (CXP) to lead and enhance our customer experience initiatives. In this role, you'll be responsible for driving customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention through quoting activity and close cross-functional collaboration. You will ensure that our customers receive exceptional service throughout their journey, from initial contact to post-sales support. If you're passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences and excel at managing complex processes, then we want you on our team.

Applicants must have reliable availability for core Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours to collaborate with team members and customers.
Base Pay Range: $67,000 - $71,000 per year, plus eligibility to participate in our Sales Incentive Plan.
