Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker | Massachusetts

Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000/year + full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Summary:
We are currently seeking a compassionate LICSW for a full-time remote role offering telehealth services. This position will allow you to engage with clients, provide treatment, and contribute to their long-term mental health improvements—all while working from home.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality therapy to clients remotely
• Develop treatment plans and provide ongoing assessments
• Ensure all client records are accurate and maintained in accordance with state and federal regulations
• Provide crisis management when needed, offering timely interventions
• Collaborate with other clinical staff to improve patient outcomes

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW)
• LICSW certification in Massachusetts
• At least 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in telehealth
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently
