Responsibilities

  • Provide first- and second-level support to internal users.
  • Analyze, prioritize, and resolve incidents and service requests.
  • Log and manage tickets in the incident system following ITIL-based processes.
  • Install, configure, and maintain workplace equipment (hardware and software) as well as mobile devices and peripherals.
  • Perform standard software installations, updates, and patching of business applications.
  • Document processes, prepare reports, and create knowledge base articles.
  • Collaborate with product teams, development, and other business departments.
  • Education in IT or a comparable qualification.
  • 2–3 years of experience in IT support, service desk, or similar roles.
  • Strong knowledge for analyzing and resolving user and system issues.
  • Structured, solutions-oriented, and autonomous working style.
  • Strong technical and organizational skills.
  • Service-minded, professional, and friendly attitude towards users.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel and prioritize in a customer-focused manner.
  • Team player with experience working in international and multicultural environments.
  • Fluent Mandarin and a good command of English, both spoken and written.
  • Availability to work on site at the assigned location.
  • A valid criminal record certificate (not older than 3 months) is required.
