You oversee six operational teams within Enterprise Operations: Campaign Operations, CDP Operations, Deliverability Operations, Physical Print & Mail Operations, Marketing Tag Implementation, and Mobile Implementations. Each team manages distinct client-facing functions ranging from marketing campaign builds and data segmentation to email deliverability, mobile onboarding, and technical tagging for web tracking. An intern focused on piloting AI-driven efficiency projects across these teams would bring measurable value by identifying and automating repetitive workflows, enhancing data accuracy, improving turnaround times, and enabling smarter resource allocation. Their work could help surface cross-team opportunities—such as using AI for QA automation in Campaign Ops, anomaly detection in CDP data flows, or intelligent routing of client deliverability alerts—allowing each team to deliver faster, higher-quality outcomes while freeing skilled resources to focus on strategic, client-impacting work.
