The Operations Lead & Sales Support plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the showroom, ensuring operational excellence and consistency while helping deliver a seamless and high-quality customer experience.
This role partners closely with store leadership to oversee operational processes, support team performance, and maintain efficient store functionality. The Operations Lead serves as a resource for team members and helps ensure company policies, operational standards, and service expectations are consistently executed.
The hourly pay range for this job is $18.00- $23.00. Base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job- related knowledge, skills & experience, among other factors. Regular positions are eligible for discretionary bonus. Blue Nile offers medical, vision, dental coverage and 401(k) employer match amongst other benefits for eligible positions.
