Job Summary:

As a Logistics & Office Administrator, you will provide support by managing all aspects of logistics, including shipping, and receiving, to ensure timely and accurate flow of materials to our customers. You will also act as the Office Administrator organizing and coordinating administrative duties and office procedures.

 

Key Deliverables and Responsibilities:

  • Send and Receive Purchase Orders and ship confirm customer sales orders meeting established weekly and monthly metrics.
  • Expedite all purchase orders with vendors meeting established weekly and monthly metrics.
  • Coordinate with DLA, Government Security Department, and vendors to prepare the various applications, e.g., Base Pass (for both vendors and associates), Import and tariff, etc. 
  • Generate reports as requested by supervisor or department manager. Maintain and order all office supplies, office equipment needs, and snack food for the office. 
  • Support in-office coordination of company meetings and events.
  • Deliver a top-tier customer experience when answering the phone line and greeting all visitors to the company.
  • Coordinate the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (Fed-Ex, UPS, etc.).
  • Coordinate the submission of associates’ timesheets, expense reports and petty cash reports
  • Receive, sort, and deliver all company mail. 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 
  • 3 years in an logistics / office environment and expediting experience. May include military personnel who have been formerly trained or have relevant experience in lieu of civilian experience. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to talk and conduct business in a confident, articulate, and professional manner.
  • Intermediate-level English reading, writing, and speaking skills
  • Native-level Korean reading, writing, and speaking skills
  • Highly meticulous and organized to execute multiple tasks with different requirements, adhering to deadlines.
  • Analytical, inquisitive, and innovative with excellent attention to detail.
  • Demonstrates strong team building qualities such as assisting team members and collaborating with internal departments of varying levels of expertise, when necessary
  • Adaptable and open to changes in approach and process.
  • PC proficiency including carrier software and Microsoft Office (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Basic financial knowledge will be a plus.
