Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

Location: Connecticut
Setting: Remote/Telehealth
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits

Job Summary

We are hiring a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to provide remote therapy services to individuals, couples, and families across Connecticut. In this role, you will help clients work through relationship challenges, family conflict, stress, life transitions, and emotional concerns through secure telehealth sessions. You will provide structured clinical support, help clients identify patterns affecting their relationships, and guide them toward healthier communication, coping skills, and emotional stability.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual therapy to individuals, couples, and families
• Complete assessments and create treatment plans
• Support clients with relationship, family, and emotional health concerns
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Monitor client progress and update care plans as needed
• Follow HIPAA, ethical, and state telehealth guidelines

• Active Connecticut LMFT license required
• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
• Experience working with individuals, couples, and families
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and EHR systems
• Strong communication and documentation skills
