Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary

This full-time remote position is for an Illinois Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who wants to provide thoughtful, structured care from a telehealth setting. You will work with clients facing relationship strain, family communication problems, parenting stress, emotional concerns, and major life adjustments. The role is practical, client-centered, and focused on helping people better understand themselves and their relationships.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions with clients throughout Illinois
• Work with individuals, couples, and families using appropriate clinical methods
• Create treatment plans with clear goals and measurable progress markers
• Help clients address conflict, communication concerns, emotional distress, and family stress
• Keep clinical records organized, accurate, and up to date

• Current Illinois LMFT license in good standing
• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related behavioral health field
• Previous clinical experience with couples, families, or individual therapy
• Knowledge of family systems, relational therapy, and mental health treatment planning
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Strong professional judgment and clear written communication
