Location: New Hampshire
Setting: Remote
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

This remote opportunity allows you to support clients across New Hampshire as they work through relationship challenges, communication issues, family stress, anxiety, and personal transitions.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will help clients better understand the patterns affecting their relationships and daily life. Through structured telehealth sessions, you will provide practical support that helps individuals, couples, and families move toward healthier decisions, stronger communication, and more manageable routines.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct telehealth therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families
  • Evaluate client concerns and create clear, goal-based treatment plans
  • Help clients address family stress, marital concerns, parenting challenges, grief, and emotional health needs
  • Keep client records current, accurate, and compliant with clinical requirements
  • Track client progress and revise goals as treatment needs change
  • Use appropriate therapeutic approaches based on each client’s situation
  • Active LMFT license in New Hampshire
  • Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
  • Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, or families
  • Strong understanding of treatment planning and clinical documentation
