Product Marketing Director Interventional Radiology
Job Description
As Product Marketing Director for Interventional Radiology, you will drive the global growth and performance of Philips’ IGTS Radiology business. You will connect market insights with strategy, lead portfolio and marketing execution, and deliver measurable commercial impact in a complex, international environment.
Your role
- Translate global segment strategy into a clear, actionable marketing plan across regions.
- Lead the execution of the marketing plan globally and regionally, in close collaboration with product managers and regional teams.
- Ensure strong alignment across regions on priorities, messaging, and execution while adapting to local market needs.
- Orchestrate product launches and New Product Introductions (NPI), ensuring readiness and consistency.
- Monitor business and marketing performance using KPIs and key metrics.
- Own post-launch performance tracking and ensure business cases are realized.
- Identify performance gaps and lead cross-functional teams to implement effective improvement actions.
- Continuously optimize the marketing plan based on insights, ensuring the right tools, content, and training are in place.
- Drive collaboration across marketing, product management, and regional sales teams to enable commercial success.
You're the right fit if you have
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Product Management, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Product Management, or similar roles in a global, matrix organization.
- Strong experience with Interventional Radiology, with a solid understanding of business development and analytics.
- Proven success in driving performance, leading product launches, and working across regions.
- Experience in Image Guided Therapy or the medical systems industry.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence in a matrix environment.
- Experience working with customers and key opinion leaders.
- Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT) to enhance marketing productivity and insights.
- A data-driven mindset with strong execution and follow-through.
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
