CBH Homes is looking for an Events Leader who is organized, proactive, creative, and passionate about creating exceptional experiences for our homeowners, teammates, and community.

This role is equal parts event coordination, project management, culture champion, and operational support. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, adaptable, and excited to jump in wherever needed to help make things happen.

What You’ll Do

Event Leadership & Coordination

  • Help plan, organize, and execute CBH events and experiences
  • Lead weekly event huddles, meeting preparation, agendas, communications, and follow-up action items
  • Coordinate event logistics, timelines, vendor communication, and tracking systems
  • Manage event KPIs, attendance tracking, budgets, and feedback reporting
  • Support homeowner appreciation events, company celebrations, community partnerships, and special projects

Project & Operations Management

  • Maintain organized project tracking systems and ensure deadlines are met
  • Manage swag, inventory tracking, sizing trackers, and swag store oversight
  • Assist with homeowner gifts and internal team support projects
  • Oversee office flyers, Storage organization and  cleanliness, and operational details
  • Support onboarding and communication efforts for HATV artists and summer interns

Communication & Team Support

  • Prepare reports, materials, agendas, and communications for meetings and events
  • Respond to requests and emails in a timely and professional manner
  • Partner closely with leadership and teammates across departments
  • Help maintain internal websites, resources, and training updates

Location: CBH Headquarters in Meridian, Idaho
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with occasional early mornings, evenings, and weekends based on event schedules. This is an in-person, hands-on role.

  • 2+ years of experience in event planning, operations, project coordination, or team leadership
  • Experience with Gmail, task management software, and event/project tracking systems
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to lift 20+ lbs and thrive in both desk-based and physically active environments
