Job Description

Business Excellence Leader (I&I Business)

Drive enterprise-wide performance and transformation by leading end-to-end process improvements, enabling operational excellence, and partnering with leadership to deliver measurable business impact.

Your role:

  • Lead transformation strategy for the business, establishing key performance indicators (KPIs), prioritizing initiatives, and driving measurable improvements across processes, systems, data, and teams

  • Partner with Business Unit, Region, and Function leadership to embed a culture of performance management, continuous improvement, and agile ways of working

  • Operationalize strategic initiatives (including Hoshin planning), ensuring successful execution and sustained impact across the organization

  • Build and scale excellence capabilities (e.g., Lean, Agile, project and process management), including coaching leaders, facilitating Kaizen events, and driving capability development

  • Develop and execute a roadmap for business excellence, leveraging benchmarking, best practices, and collaboration with enterprise teams and internal learning organizations

You're the right fit if:

  • You’ve acquired 8+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in project management, change management, operations, or a related field; experience as a business partner to senior leadership is strongly preferred

  • Your skills include driving operational excellence within MedTech or regulated environments, with experience in process standardization, KPI management, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional transformation initiatives; Lean certification is a plus

  • You’re a strategic and analytical leader with strong communication skills, able to influence across all levels, lead change, and drive measurable results in complex, matrixed organizations

  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position in (WA) is $178,000 to $283,000

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.    

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.  Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.  Details about our benefits can be found here

At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.

Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position.  For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to Bothell, WA.
