Director of Client Success | DFW (Hybrid)

 Dallas-Fort Worth, TX (Hybrid: 2 days in office / 3 remote)

Robbins Recruiting Solutions is partnering with a growing, highly respected organization in the professional services space to identify a Director of Client Success. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a leadership role where you’ll shape the client experience, lead a high-performing team, and drive retention and growth strategies.

What You’ll Do

Leadership & Strategy

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of client success and account management professionals
  • Design and execute retention and expansion strategies with a commercial mindset
  • Track performance through KPIs and reporting to ensure team success
  • Partner cross-functionally to improve processes and elevate client outcomes
  • Serve as a key leader in a growing, evolving organization

Client Success & Account Management

  • Drive proactive, consultative client relationships
  • Ensure exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction
  • Act as a liaison across internal teams to deliver seamless solutions
  • Handle escalations with a client-first, solutions-oriented approach

Growth & Expansion

  • Identify opportunities for renewals and account expansion
  • Leverage client insights to strengthen relationships and increase value
  • Monitor client health and mitigate risks

Delivery & Execution

  • Own performance metrics including retention, expansion revenue, and NPS
  • Ensure accurate documentation across the full client lifecycle
  • Maintain consistency in processes and operational excellence

 

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

Required:

  • 6+ years in client success and/or account management
  • 3+ years leading and developing teams
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • CRM experience (Salesforce or similar)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%
  • Preferred:

      • Property Tax Experience 
      • Experience in professional services, consulting, or tech-enabled environments
      • Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills
      • Proven ability to drive urgency, accountability, and results
      • Passion for delivering exceptional client experiences
