The Opportunity
As a Local Meeting & Events Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in organizing, designing, and executing events such as conferences, meetings, and seminars. Your responsibilities will include planning, researching, coordinating vendors, arranging facilities, and overseeing events from start to finish. As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your skills to analyze complex problems, mentor others, and maintain professional standards. You will focus on building relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context, while navigating increasingly complex situations to grow your personal brand and technical skills.
In this role, you will be part of the Events Team, where you will manage stakeholder relationships and enhance the customer experience through strategic event planning and execution. Your ability to anticipate needs and embrace ambiguity will be crucial in delivering successful events. You will also have the opportunity to guide and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages growth and innovation.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute a variety of events, including meetings, conferences, and virtual events, to validate seamless operations and successful outcomes
- Conduct budget analysis and event budgeting to maintain financial efficiency and resource allocation
- Oversee vendor and venue management to secure necessary resources and services for events
- Develop and implement customer experience strategies to enhance attendee satisfaction and engagement
- Analyze event outcomes and provide insights for future improvements and decision-making
- Utilize analytical thinking to assess event performance and identify areas for optimization
- Work with internal teams and stakeholders to align event objectives with organizational goals
- Apply creativity and innovation in event planning and execution to deliver engaging experiences
- Confirm the delivery of services and maintaining professional standards in all event-related activities
- Manage travel arrangements and logistics to support event planning and execution
- Utilize audio visual services and event technology to enhance the quality and impact of events
- Engage in continuous learning and development to enhance personal and professional growth
What You Must Have
- High School Diploma
- At least 3 years of experience

- Demonstrating proficiency in Event Management and Coordination

- Utilizing Audio Visual Services for seamless event execution
- Managing Event Budgeting and Post Event Analysis effectively

For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $55,000 - $187,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
