The Opportunity
As part of the Workday Human Capital team you will streamline HR policies and practices while transforming the HR organization to effectively manage human capital. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex problems, mentor others, and maintain exemplary standards while building meaningful client connections and navigating increasingly complex situations. This role offers the chance to deepen your technical knowledge and grow your personal brand while collaborating across teams and managing multiple projects.

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 4 years of Workday product experience
- Workday Pro certification(s)
What Sets You Apart
- Master's Degree in Business Administration/Management, Human Resources Management, Organizational Management, Computer and Information Science preferred
- Workday Pro certification(s) in Absence Management/Time Tracking and/or Engagement Manager
- Demonstrating thorough abilities in client needs assessment
- Streamlining HR policies and practices for effectiveness
- Aligning HR and business strategies
- Configuring Workday HCM Absence Management & Time Tracking module
- Producing deliverables through cross-team collaboration
- Creating an atmosphere of trust and encouraging diverse views
- Providing timely feedback and direction to staff
- Supporting Global Process Owners and Centres of Excellence

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
