About the Role
We are seeking an Operations Lead to drive process design, implementation, evaluation and oversight that drives efficiency, effectiveness, speed and scalability across our global partnerships team. The goal is to streamline the organization to support new partner onboarding and ongoing partnership development.
This role is focused on optimizing operations and processes within the team (across the global locations), across Pagaya departments and with partners. Success will rely on building a deep understanding of the business and existing processes, business operations analysis & design and project management skills.
You will be at the intersection of strategy and execution, ensuring optimal collaboration across U.S. and Israel teams to create scalable operational processes that achieve the teams primary KPIs: originations volume, profitability, relationship management, upsell/cross-sell.

The pay ranges for New York-based hires are commensurate with candidate experience.
Pay ranges for candidates working in locations other than New York may differ based on the cost of labor in that location.
