Job Description

Procentrix is seeking an Windows Server Administrator to provide server-side support for Windows-based servers hosting mission-critical business applications. The System Administrator will be responsible for providing daily monitoring and support for existing servers, addressing cybersecurity findings, troubleshooting system issues, and performing application releases.

The projected compensation range for this position is $90K - $110K annualized (USD). The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is determined by various factors, including but not limited to the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as internal pay equity, location, contract-specific affordability and other organizational requirements.

Required Skills

• Experience working with Windows Servers
• Six or more years of experience as a system administrator with experience installing and configuring server software including IIS, Microsoft SQL databases, Windows components and services
• Experience writing PowerShell scripts to automate various administration and deployment tasks
• Experience administering AD security groups and permissions
• Configuration management support experience including promotion of binaries through development, Test, and Production environments
• Experience supporting cybersecurity initiatives, addressing vulnerabilities
• Good communication skills and ability to write detailed documentation
• BS Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• US Citizenship

Desirable Skills

• Experience supporting Federal Government customers in an enterprise environment
• System Administration or general IT certifications
• Familiarity with working Operational tasks in an Agile environment
• Experience supporting Linux systems
