Job Description

• Provide personalized chiropractic adjustments as the primary element of patient care.
• Apply functional neurology principles to improve outcomes and promote nervous system stability.
• Guide patients in adopting healthy lifestyle practices, wellness routines, and preventive strategies.
• Work closely with a collaborative healthcare team to develop and carry out integrated treatment plans.
• Maintain detailed clinical notes and actively participate in case reviews and team meetings.

Qualifications

• Licensed (or license-eligible) Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) in Pennsylvania.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with a talent for motivating and engaging patients.
• Commitment to high standards of care, ethical practice, and ongoing professional growth.
• Background or coursework in functional neurology is a plus; strong interest and willingness to train is equally valued.
• Genuine passion for a wellness-centered approach that prioritizes preventive care as much as recovery.

• Compensation: Base + incentives (expected range $85,000–$100,000 annually).
