As Lely Center Development Manager, you play a central role in shaping the future of our Lely Centers worldwide. You will be part of Lely’s Distribution Channel Development team (DCD). This team develops, and represents Lely’s Clusters, ensuring effective communication and collaboration between different teams.  

Within this role you are the tactical link between Lely’s vision and its operational reality in the field. Your mission is to ensure that every Lely Center is equipped, aligned, and empowered to deliver excellence, contributing directly to our goal of creating a profitable, enjoyable, and sustainable future for dairy farming.

You will work closely with Cluster teams, Lely Center Managers, and international colleagues from Sales, Service, FMS (farm management support), and Business Support. Together, you will set the standard for performance, embed consistent ways of working, and roll out initiatives that strengthen the network’s impact. This is not just a coordination role, you will actively influence decision-making, challenge the status quo, and inspire others to raise the bar.

In your first months, you will focus on leading Quarterly Performance Reviews (QPRs)  across multiple clusters, refining the Lely Way of Working. You will also play a key role in identifying growth opportunities for Lely Centers, whether through operational improvements, organizational development, or territory optimization.

Your main responsibilities:

• Lead the execution and continuous improvement of Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), including dashboard development to track strategic KPIs.
• Build operational capabilities within Cluster DCD Managers, ensuring consistent application of the Lely Way of Working.
• Guide and support strategic rollouts of projects like territory optimizations and customer satisfaction, ensuring alignment with Lely’s long-term vision and commercial objectives.
• Support Lely Center together with the Lely Clusters growth through organizational development, operational maturity, and adoption of best practices.
• Design and evaluate territory optimization scenarios to maximize coverage and market potential.

Functie-eisen

You are a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, experienced in performance management and organizational change. You know how to connect people, processes, and strategy to deliver tangible results.

You bring:

• Proven experience in performance management, business planning, and cross functional program leadership.
• Demonstrated experience in a franchise network environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau.
• Experience in capability building, training delivery, and process implementation.
• Knowledge of the agricultural or dairy sector is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel across clusters and Lely Centers.
