Job Description

As part of Salomon’s Global Community & Influence team, you will help amplify the brand’s cultural footprint by assisting in the operational and strategic execution of Influence actions. You will collaborate closely with stylists, creators, VIPs, and internal brand functions to support Salomon’s growing presence at the intersection of fashion, culture, performance, and Sportstyle identity.

Within the Sportstyle team, your main responsibilities will be as follows:

1. VIP, Talent & Influence Operations:

• Manage VIP, influencer and celebrity seeding: product selection, shipments, follow‑ups, returns, and reporting.

• Coordinate stylist and press requests for lookbooks, shootings, red carpets, festivals, events, and talent moments.

• Support showroom appointments including product preparation, merchandising, and guest logistics.

• Liaise daily with stylists, agents, artists’ teams, influencers, ensuring smooth communication and timely product delivery.

2. Campaign & Seasonal Support:

• Assist in seasonal product pulls, sample management, stock organization, and collection archiving.

• Participate in the preparation of seeding kit and cultural activations.

3. Influence & Culture Monitoring:

• Daily press clippings, influence monitoring, and tracking of brand visibility across fashion, culture, and lifestyle media.

• Compile recaps after major drops, partnerships, or VIP appearances.

4. Internal Coordination:

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Brand, Product, Events, Legal, Retail & Community).

• Align with external partners (PR agencies, stylists, showrooms, production partners).

• Support broader Influence department operations as needed.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a degree (Bachelor 3 ideally) in Communications, Public Relations, Fashion Marketing, or Media.

At least one experience in a Press Office / PR Agency / Influence department, ideally in fashion, luxury, entertainment, or lifestyle.

Strong interest in fashion‑driven sportswear, contemporary culture, talent ecosystems, and the Sportstyle universe.

Rigorous, autonomous, hands‑on, and comfortable in a fast‑moving environment with shifting priorities.

A natural communicator and team player, with strong organizational skills and sensitivity to the Salomon brand universe.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

• Knowledge of Launchmetrics, Lefty/Ctzar, Traackr or equivalents is an asset.

• Understanding of social platforms, creators, and digital culture.

Languages:

• Fluent French required.

• Excellent English mandatory (written & spoken).

• Additional languages are a plus.

Internship: located in Paris, FRANCE

Contract: Convention agreement mandatory
