Job Description


Position: Help Desk Analyst 
Location: 25 Market Street, Trenton, NJ 08625 – Hybrid


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level help desk support for computer, application, and procedural issues.
  • Troubleshoot problems, determine root causes, and resolve or escalate as needed.
  • Log all incoming requests, actions, and resolutions.
  • Support AOC business applications and end-users (internal/external).
  • Follow up with users per policies; document closed issues.
  • Maintain knowledge of IT operations, tools, Help Desk procedures, and environment.


Required Skills/Experience:

  • Data entry: 3+ years
  • Outlook/email usage: 2+ years
  • Handling upset users calmly: 2+ years
  • Strong verbal and written communication


Highly Desired:

  • MS Excel, Word, Visio: 1+ year each
