The Executive Assistant to the Domestic Marketing division provides distinguished administrative support to senior leadership, ensuring seamless operations and elevated executive experiences.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional executive support to assigned senior leaders, anticipating needs and ensuring operational excellence.
  • Manage refined administrative operations, including document coordination, correspondence management, and comprehensive filing systems.
  • Provide gracious executive communication services, demonstrating sophisticated telephone etiquette and professional discretion.
  • Orchestrate and maintain executive calendars with precision, coordinating strategic meetings and high-level engagements.
  • Extend refined hospitality services to distinguished guests on the Casino/Hotel floor, reflecting the Wynn's commitment to excellence.
  • Arrange premium travel accommodations and curated experiences for executives and valued guests.
  • Facilitate and coordinate high-level strategic meetings and conferences with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Prepare and distribute comprehensive meeting agendas, minutes, and executive correspondence with polished professionalism.
  • Maintain absolute discretion and confidentiality with sensitive executive materials and privileged information.
  • Compile and prepare executive reports, strategic documentation, and materials with analytical precision.
  • Process and review executive expense reports with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Prepare executive correspondence, guest arrival summaries, and specialized communications as requested by leadership.
  • Facilitate seamless communication between executives and management to ensure informed decision-making and operational alignment.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of five (5) years of distinguished experience in an administrative capacity, with at least two (2) years of proven excellence in an executive support role within a luxury or high-level corporate setting
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with demonstrated expertise in managing complex administrative systems
  • Clear and concise communication skills in the English language is required; multilingual proficiency is highly valued and preferred
  • Exceptional organizational acumen, refined interpersonal capabilities, and meticulous attention to detail with an unwavering commitment to precision
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise sophisticated judgment, discretion, and diplomatic finesse when managing sensitive and confidential executive matters
  • Proven capacity to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while seamlessly managing multiple priorities and competing demands
  • Exemplary communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas with clarity and professionalism across all organizational levels
  • Flexibility and dedication to accommodate occasional extended hours and weekend availability as required by executive leadership
  • Demonstrated ability to work with disciplined autonomy, managing complex projects and deadlines with minimal supervision while maintaining the highest standards of excellence
  • Must be twenty-one years of age or older
  • Valid Nevada Gaming License required prior to employment commencement
