• Production planning, capacity planning, and scheduling in line with customer requirements and requests provided by the sales team, as well as for make-to-stock purposes
• Monitor execution of the production plan and proactively resolve any potential issues in a timely manner
• Plan timely procurement of raw materials; manage inventory levels to optimize service levels and minimize working capital
• Review and take action on order releases, as well as coordinate the bill of materials within the MRP environment
• Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum productivity with minimal delays
• Prepare relevant reports to meet business needs
• Good knowledge of Outlook, Excel, Word, and 1C
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
• English proficiency at B1 level
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Willingness to learn and develop
