Senior C&SCM Implementation & Continuous Improvement Consultant (Analyst / Six Sigma Specialist) Leads implementation support, monitors performance, applies Lean/Six Sigma, drives continuous improvement, and produces performance reports. The Senior C&SCM Implementation & Continuous Improvement Consultant (Analyst / Six Sigma Specialist) stabilizes the rollout, monitors performance, and drives continuous improvement to sustain C&SCM procedural effectiveness.

Implementation Support & Operational Transition as part of a Management and Operations Consulting Engagement for Nuclear and Environmental Management Energy, Infrastructure, and Environment Contracts & Supply Chain Management [Contracts & Supply Chain Management (C&SCM)] Procedural Support provides hands-on implementation support and transition management, ensuring seamless adoption, stabilization, and effective Contracts & Supply Chain Management (C&SCM) operational performance.

• Conduct an in-depth review and analysis of the prime contract, governing documents, and applicable laws
• Develop and customize procurement and supply chain procedures
• Comprehensive Set of Procedures to support Contracts & Supply Chain Management
• Create and update supporting documents, forms, terms, and conditions reflecting the newly developed procedures
• Acquisition Life Cycle Flow Charts
• Visually appealing flow chart demonstrating the acquisition life cycle
• Implement support through both virtual and in-person training sessions
• Establish mechanisms for continuous improvement by regularly collecting feedback and monitoring effectiveness
• Maintaining procedural, form, and terms and conditions compliance resulting from changes to prime contract, governing documents, and applicable laws)

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES - Senior C&SCM Implementation & Continuous Improvement Consultant (Analyst / Six Sigma Specialist) | Implementation Support & Operational Transition [SRNS0017017]

Support operational rollout and transition; resolve implementation issues, deviations, and user questions; define KPIs; collect feedback; analyze performance data; prepare continuous improvement reports; recommend adjustments; support Lean/Six Sigma improvement cycles.

The role(s) are located in the Southeastern USA Region, at or near Aiken, SC.  Initially identified Work Site Address (Hybrid – On/Off Client Site and Virtual:  Building 992-3W, 1148 Aiken, SC 29808

Qualifications

Desired Qualifications For Senior C&SCM Implementation & Continuous Improvement Consultant (Analyst / Six Sigma Specialist) | Implementation Support & Operational Transition [SRNS0017017] Candidates:

7+ years implementation, operational transition, process improvement, performance management, continuous improvement, or Six Sigma experience; experience with procurement, SCM, contracts, or regulated operational environments preferred.

Education / Experience Requirements / Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, operations, engineering, supply chain, analytics, or related field; Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, PMP, or process improvement credential preferred.
• 7+ years implementation, operational transition, process improvement, performance management, continuous improvement, or Six Sigma experience; experience with procurement, SCM, contracts, or regulated operational environments preferred.
• This position aligns with functional and technical requirements in the Nuclear And Environmental Management Sector and Senior C&SCM Implementation & Continuous Improvement Consultant (Analyst / Six Sigma Specialist) Candidates principally support Implementation Support & Operational Transition Functional Area / Swim Lane / Category Disciplines.
