🌾 What You’ll Be Leading

As the Agronomy Manager, you will oversee every aspect of the agronomy operation, including:

  • Strategic purchasing and inventory management for seed, crop protection, and fertilizer
  • Full budget ownership and cost control, ensuring strong margins and sustainable growth
  • Team leadership and development—coach, mentor, and elevate your staff
  • Building and strengthening long-term relationships with growers
  • Designing and recommending custom agronomic programs that deliver real results in the field
  • Driving both sales performance and operational excellence across the department
