About the Role
We are excited to welcome a Co-Director of Sales to oversee multiple sales teams within our lending portfolios. This role is critical in driving performance, consistency, and scalability within a high-volume, call center-based B2C transactional sales environment.
This is not a strategy-only role. We are looking for a results-driven operator and leadership coach—someone who knows how to:

Company Benefits
We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you will be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. For this role, compensation includes a competitive base salary and variable incentive opportunities tied to performance. A reasonable estimate of the annual on-target earnings (OTE) for this job is $105,000 to $185,000+. Individual compensation within these ranges takes into account a wide range of factors considered in making decisions, including but not limited to education, experience and training, licensure and certifications, knowledge and skill sets, and other business and organizational needs.
