Traveling Assistant Camp Directors are adaptable, people-first leaders who support multiple camp sites across a region, stepping in when Assistant Camp Directors or instructors are out. Support when sites are short-staffed, or when extra operational support is needed. Reporting to the Field Program Manager and partnering closely with on-site Camp Directors, you’ll help ensure smooth daily operations, strong team culture, and a joyful, safe, and inclusive camp experience for campers and staff alike.

Work Location & Schedule
Temporary, seasonal role requiring consistent availability Monday–Friday during the summer camp season.
Shifts may occur between 7:00 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. local time; schedules may vary week to week based on coverage needs.
The role supports all nine Colorado camp locations, with an assigned home base site. Travel between sites will be required.
Full-Time Time position: 40 hours per week once the season begins
Employment start and end dates vary by camp location and business needs.
