Job Description : We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Assistant to join our dynamic team. This position requires strong multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize office correspondence including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
- Maintain and update filing systems, both electronic and physical.
- Order and manage inventory of office supplies to ensure availability.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Support staff with administrative tasks to help improve workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email platforms.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
