RigUp is hiring a detail-oriented and results-driven Senior Manager, FP&A to lead critical planning, forecasting, and reporting processes while driving insights that support our growth strategy and drive business performance. This role will own the budgeting cycle, short-term forecasting, management reporting, and play a key role in Sales Operations, mergers and acquisitions, and Go-to-Market (GTM) metrics.
This is a full-time hybrid position based in Austin, Texas.
The ideal candidate is equally comfortable building financial models, building and maintaining processes, influencing senior leadership, and translating data into actionable recommendations. This role closely partners with leaders across the organization to drive best practices, budgeting, headcount and expense planning and reporting, and timely and accurate consolidated reporting.
This position drives the execution of the financial planning and analysis process at RigUp, including but not limited to, quarterly and annual budget generation, multi-year statement forecasts, monthly executive capital allocation reviews, and company financial updates.
