Engine is seeking a Demand Generation Leader to join our marketing team and build a modern, data-driven demand engine that drives measurable growth. This is a foundational, player-coach role: you’ll lead from the front, designing and executing high-impact, sales-aligned campaigns while building the foundation for a scalable demand generation function.

This is a foundational marketing hire that will shape how Engine generates, nurtures, and converts demand across our product lines. You’ll have the opportunity to define the systems, strategies, and team that will power our next phase of growth—and make a direct impact on how we connect with customers and drive revenue.

Compensation
Our compensation packages are based on several factors, including your experience, expertise, and location. In addition to a competitive base salary, total compensation may include equity and/or variable pay (OTE).
