About Enterpret
Enterpret is redefining how businesses understand and act on customer feedback. We’re building an AI-native platform that centralizes feedback from every source—surveys, reviews, support tickets, communities—and turns it into clear, actionable insights that drive business growth.
We’re trusted by some of the world’s most customer-obsessed companies—Canva, Descript, and Notion—and backed by leading investors like Kleiner Perkins, Canaan Partners, and Peak XV Partners. Our mission: to unlock the voice of the customer for every product team on the planet.
We are hiring a Chief of Staff to work closely with the CTO. This role is designed for someone who can operate with high ownership across unclear problem spaces, support execution on critical initiatives, and reduce operational bottlenecks at the CTO level.
The Chief of Staff will work across engineering, product, hiring, and internal operations where required. The focus is on judgment, prioritization, and follow-through, especially in situations where problems are not fully defined.
• Partner with the CTO on high-impact decisions by framing problems, synthesizing inputs, and presenting clear options and tradeoffs
• Own ambiguous, cross-functional problem areas that require judgment rather than functional execution
• Drive alignment on priorities across engineering, product, and leadership, especially where ownership is unclear
• Convert strategic intent into focused initiatives with clear outcomes, success metrics, and accountability
• Act as an extension of the CTO in select forums by representing context, intent, and priorities
• Identify structural gaps, decision bottlenecks, and operating friction, and propose pragmatic solutions
• Support long-term planning by connecting near-term execution with broader technical and organizational direction
• Step in temporarily to stabilize critical initiatives until durable ownership or structure is in place
• Experience operating in early-stage or fast-growing environments with high ambiguity
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for outcomes end to end
• Strong problem framing and decision-making skills
• Clear written and verbal communication, especially in high-context situations
• Comfort working across functions without formal authority
• Willingness to make progress with incomplete information and adjust quickly
• Comfort with tools, technology, and AI-enabled workflows
